Virtual Program
/content/skcc/events/1-1-reiki-session--20-minutes-2
Facilitated by: Sharon Edelman LMT, RM Reiki is a system of practice that was developed in Japan in the early 1920s. Like many other disciplines, it is an exercise in the cultivation of self-awareness and deep relaxation in the body and mind. This is achieved through self-practice and also as a shared experience, most often through a gentle “hands-on” session with a trained Reiki practitioner. This, however, can also occur through a meditative connection over a distance, as a time to embrace self-nurturing and further connection with yourself. Registration is required. To register, call 215-955-1800 or email cancersupportcenter@jefferson.edu.
